For more than 25 years, Scott was involved in the family business while successfully managing his own international publicly-traded company. In 2003, he decided to leave his company to work full-time with his father, founder Lou Reda, in developing an innovative, more modern approach to documentary filmmaking. Since then he has been responsible for exec producing over 85 specials and series. Most recently he exec produced History’s “Vietnam in HD” series, the acclaimed follow up to their previous award-winning series “WWII in HD”. “Vietnam in HD” compiled hundreds of hours of never-before-seen home movie footage to create an immersive, character driven look at one of the country’s most controversial wars. Currently, Scott is developing multiple unscripted series, docu-soaps, and archival specials.
